In 2012, Breakthrough International Ministries (Center of Hope) was established in Charlotte, North Carolina, umbrella of the Concern Mission International. Through the continued help, support, and donations of our sponsors, the work in Charlotte has grown numerically and extended its programs and projects in identifying with the community and less fortunate in its outreach and in-reach activities.
Feeding and Caring for the homeless and needy
Thousands of our Charlotte neighbors are going to bed hungry. thousands of pounds of fresh, nutritious food like salmon, beef stew, veggie lasagna, and broccoli casserole is distributed to our hungry and homeless brothers and sisters lying around the street corners. The problem is not food shortage, but the gifts and donations needed to help Breakthrough's volunteers make the food distribution possible every week .

Community Health Awareness and Education Program
Breakthrough Center Ministries in collaboration with our local churches believes in supporting policies that promote the well-being of the community.m We educate and mobilize our neighbors and community members through environmental safety and good health awareness by conducting health screening, community events, and various shared resources.

Youth Empowerment
Summit
The Youth Empowerment Summits are free community events that bring together youths, young adults, and audiences from all over our community and leave participants with an urgency to take action. After each event, we collect feedback via anonymous surveys. Participants frequently say that the forums are extremely eye-opening, and informative and give individuals the opportunity to share their experiences with other youths and people facing challenging times.
Breakthrough Center International Ministries (Center of Hope) in Charlotte, North Carolina hosts multiple quarterly community events every year where we invite people of all socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, and ages to have open conversations around challenging topics on Health, education, development and other related activities and projects.
